We hope this site will serve as our new communication hub by keeping our residents up-to-date on activities and information about our community.

If you are not a resident, please allow us to tell you a little about our beautiful community.  We are a 55-plus gated condominium association in the Sunshine City of St. Petersburg, Florida.  Located on sixteen acres on the southwestern side of the city in the heart of the Skyway Marina District we are comprised of 232 two-story units with one, two, three, and four bedrooms available.  For additional information, please see “About Us”.
